Under normal circumstances, we do not allow any returns, exchanges or refunds except in special cases where the items are found damaged.

Returns Policy

No returns are allowed on final sale, except if flaws in end product are found, provided the original invoice is kept intact and the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

To approve your return, write to us at support@shopsugarcoat.in with in 24 hours of delivery with appropriate images. We reserve the right to reject return request without any prior notice.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, provided the original invoice is kept intact and the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

To approve your exchange, write to us at support@shopsugarcoat.in with in 24 hours of delivery with appropriate images and videos. A clear and uncut unboxing video must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the parcel for any complaints or disputes. We reserve the right to reject your exchange request without any prior notice.

Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 15 days.
